We are looking for a Big Data Engineer with strong SQL skills and keen business acumen. This role focuses on Data Warehouse construction and business data support, NOT on Big Data Platform/ Infrastructure maintenance. SQL
Job Responsibilities
- DW Development: Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse layers (ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS); build clear and efficient ETL pipelines.
- Business Support: Deeply understand business logic; communicate independently with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Write high-performance SQL (Hive/Spark); responsible for tuning jobs, resolving data skew, and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Data Governance: Monitor data quality and manage metadata to ensure the accuracy and consistency of delivered data.

Required Qualifications
- Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience in Big Data development. Expert-level SQL (Hive/Spark) is a must. Familiarity with Python or Shell scripting is a plus.
- DW Experience: Solid understanding of Data Warehouse modeling theories (Dimensional Modeling); experience in layered architecture design and end-to-end data development.
- Business Acumen: Strong Business Sense is required. Ability to understand the business value behind the data and detect data anomalies proactively. We need a problem solver, not just a task executor.
- Communication: Clear logical thinking and excellent communication skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience
