Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the data strategy for manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
Architect, build, and manage BI platforms that deliver actionable insights across cost optimization, operational efficiency, supply chain performance, and order fulfillment.
Lead, coach, and develop the BI/data team, fostering alignment with strategic priorities and enhancing team capabilities.
Manage the full lifecycle of BI projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance, IT, R&D) to enable accurate, timely, and actionable data flows.
Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership to support decision-making and drive operational excellence. Support global business operations, with the flexibility to travel internationally as required.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
8-15 years of progressive experience in BI, data strategy, or MIS within manufacturing, technology, or supply chain sectors.
Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering complex, large-scale BI/data initiatives.
Advanced expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
Masters/ Post Graduate, Bachelors/ Degree
