Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Specialist to manage, maintain, and analyze data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to transform data into meaningful insights that support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, enter, clean, and maintain large datasets
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across databases
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and audits
- Generate reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders
- Analyze trends and identify data discrepancies or patterns
- Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and standards
- Maintain documentation for data processes and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in data management, IT, statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in data entry, data analysis, or data management
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or database tools
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
