Job Description:

- Expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining and data presentation to go beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our products

- Mining large amounts of data and generating insights to guide product improvement/enhancement

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities

- To inform, influence, support and enforce our product decisions

- Build/maintain reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance of our products

- Manage the development of data resources, gather requirements, organize resources and support product launches

Work requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in large-scale e-commerce or enterprise data analysts

2. You should have experience in statistical and analytical modeling as well as knowledge of analytical tools and big data techniques.

3. You should be able to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Economics

5. Good experience with data models and reporting packages

6. Ability to write integrated reports

7. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

8. Pay attention to details and ensure the accuracy of data analysis and reporting
