Data Scientist - Tableau/Python

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join our team and drive the development of customer experience dashboards using Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards that visualize customer experience metrics.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources including surveys, emails, call transcripts, social media posts and other interactions.
• Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques or Large Language Model (LLM) to extract topics, sentiments, and trends from unstructured text data.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Develop Python scripts for data preprocessing, sentiment analysis, and topic modelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and data requirements.

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Data Science / Computer Science/ Statistics/ Information Technology or related fields.
• 35 years of experience in a data science or analytics role.
• Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation and data storytelling.
• Strong command of Python (especially for text analytics and data manipulation).
• Solid experience with SQL for querying large datasets.
• Familiarity with NLP libraries and GenAI.
• Ability to work with unstructured data and derive meaningful insights.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
