Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain data governance policies and standards across business units.
- Develop and manage enterprise data models, metadata, and lineage documentation.
- Perform data profiling, quality checks, and ensure compliance with data management protocols.
- Automate data workflows and support integration of GenAI for modeling and operational efficiency.
- Design and optimize scalable AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure using modern tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver AI-driven solutions for business problems.
- Support MLOps and LLMOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Mentor junior analysts and data scientists on data governance and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in data governance, data management, or GenAI solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Oracle Cloud.
- Experience with metadata tools, Snowflake, Airflow, and data quality frameworks.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and GenAI frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
