Overview
Role Summary
As a Data Scientist, you'll build and develop models that drives value to our Groupe solutions including creative, media and production capabilities and solutions by leveraging predictive, generative and agentic models. Work closely with product, strategy and engineering to embed data intelligence into campaign delivery, personalisation and performance measurement while setting modelling standards and data ethics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate and deploy predictive, generative and optimisation models that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Integrate models into platforms (inference pipelines, APIs, feature stores) with engineering to ensure reliability and scale.
- Design experiments and uplift measurement to quantify impact and optimise campaigns and personalisation.
- Define modelling standards, monitoring, versioning and drift detection; own model performance and retraining strategy.
- Establish data ethics, fairness and privacy guidelines for modelling and deployment.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to hiring and capability building.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in applied ML/AI or data science with proven experience from developing models to production.
- Strong background in predictive modelling, generative models (LLMs, diffusion, etc.) and optimisation techniques.
- Rigorous statistical skills (experiment design, causal inference, evaluation).
- Practical MLOps/engineering experience (feature engineering, model serving, monitoring).
- Proficient in Python, SQL and ML frameworks; familiar with cloud platforms and containerisation.
- Clear communicator able to partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in marketing tech, personalisation, campaign orchestration, identity resolution or related systems is a huge plus.
- Experience working in APAC/SEA or within global, distributed organisations will be an advantage.
