Data Scientist

What You Will Do

• Serve as a key contributing member of challenging and strategic data science projects undertaken by client. You will participate in high-impact problem-solving exercises, support the selection and implementation of algorithms, contribute to project management activities, and take responsibility for the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of your team's solutions.
• Contribute to the team's technical workflows, processes, and methodologies. You will organise the team's efforts, enhance overall practices where possible, and review the work of your peers to ensure high standards and alignment with best practices.
• Engage key stakeholders from IT and business units to co-create high-impact and high-value solutions for client. This will involve frequent engagement and the development of effective partnerships with technical teams, including system project leaders and data engineers, as well as business units.
• Remain at the forefront of data science innovation by actively monitoring the DSAI landscape and continuously enhancing your technical proficiency.

Requirement

• sAt least 3 years of active data science work experienc
• eA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• .High proficiency in data science problem-solving, using suitable frameworks such as MECE and root cause analysis
• .Familiarity with MLOps as a framework, with strong experience in end-to-end model development and deployment in the cloud, such as AWS
• .Strong knowledge and practical experience in deep learning algorithms and architectures, including transformer models and reinforcement learning; AI Engineering, including neural embeddings, LLM models, the development of GenAI systems using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, vector databases, and EDD; optimisation; statistical modelling; and multi-criteria decision analysis
• .Experience in data engineering for data science, including ELT concepts, structured table transformation, and database technologies
• .Strong team player
• .Excellent communication and visualisation abilities
• .Strong programming and development skills in Python and its accompanying frameworks, R, SQL, and Shell scripting
