About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to analyse complex datasets, develop predictive models, and generate insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse structured and unstructured data
- Develop and validate statistical and machine learning models
- Perform feature engineering and hypothesis testing
- Build dashboards and visualisations for stakeholders
- Deploy models and monitor performance in production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 25+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics
- Proficiency in Python / R / SQL
- Experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong statistics and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
Desirable
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Industry experience (FinTech, Healthcare, SaaS, E-commerce)
