Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Develop predictive and machine learning models to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into solutions.
- Visualize and present analytical findings using dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with governance standards.
- Continuously evaluate model performance and refine algorithms.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python or R, with experience using data analysis and ML libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SQL and data querying.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid foundation in statistics, data modeling, and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelors or masters degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 7-9 years of relevant experience preferred.
