Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements
- Perform feature engineering using customer, product, digital, and behavioural data
- Design and build scalable AI models
- Evaluate AI model performance using technical and business metrics
- Design end-to-end model pipeline and conduct various tests to ensure robustness of solution
- Prepare model documentations and testing reports
We are looking for people who
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in a data science or analytics role.
- Strong command of Python (especially for text analytics and data manipulation).
- Solid experience with SQL for querying large datasets.
- Familiar with machine learning libraries and GenAI.
- Ability to work with various types of data and derive meaningful insights.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
