We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, generating actionable insights, and supporting business decisions through data-driven strategies. The candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning techniques.
- Design and implement data pipelines and automation workflows.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business teams, product managers, and engineers to solve complex problems.
- Perform A/B testing, statistical analysis, and hypothesis validation.
- Optimize existing models and algorithms for scalability and accuracy.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Data Science or Analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data manipulation libraries.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
- Good understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and AI concepts.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domain is a plus.
- Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, or Deep Learning projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment practices.
