Job Description
- Oversee a mix of health services research and advanced analytics/AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinicians and operational teams to frame problems and design appropriate studies.
- Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modelling to assess clinical and operational outcomes.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, perform transformations, and conduct indepth analyses.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Create dashboards, visualisations, and reports that support decision-making and quality improvement.
- Contribute to publications, abstracts, and conference presentations.
- Support value-based care and continuous quality improvement projects across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
- Holds a Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.
- Skilled in HSR, study design, applied statistics, and evaluating outcomes.
- Proficient in SQL and Python/R, with experience in data processing, modelling, and reproducible analytics.
- Knowledgeable in machine learning and AI applications within healthcare settings.
- Strong communicator who works well with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and presenting findings effectively.
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is beneficial.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to improving healthcare quality and performance.
