Data Scientist.

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy AI models that power personalised customer engagement across digital and non-digital channels. This role is expected to work with various stakeholders to develop AI solutions and transform multidimensional data-structured and unstructured-into insights and engagement ideas that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements

.Perform feature engineering using customer, product, digital, and behavioural data

.Design and build scalable AI models

.Evaluate AI model performance using technical and business metrics

.Design end-to-end model pipeline and conduct various tests to ensure robustness of solution

.Prepare model documentations and testing reports

We are looking for people who

.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.

.3-5 years of experience in a data science or analytics role.

.Strong command of Python (especially for text analytics and data manipulation).

.Solid experience with SQL for querying large datasets.

.Familiar with machine learning libraries and GenAI.

.Ability to work with various types of data and derive meaningful insights.

.Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
