We are looking for a Data Project Manager to join LingoAI's team and manage multilingual AI data projects across different languages, regions, and data types.
This role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, familiar with AI data workflows, and able to coordinate contributors, annotators, reviewers, and clients to ensure high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AI data projects, including data collection, annotation, validation, quality control, and delivery.
- Coordinate multilingual data tasks across different language communities and regional teams.
- Break down client requirements into clear production workflows, task guidelines, quality standards, and delivery plans.
- Recruit, train, and manage data contributors, annotators, translators, reviewers, and language specialists.
- Monitor project progress, daily output, quality metrics, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct or coordinate quality checks to ensure data meets client requirements.
- Prepare delivery files, reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams and external clients to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Improve production processes, QA standards, and contributor management systems.
Requirements
- Experience in data annotation, data collection, localization, translation, AI training data, or project management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, task management tools, and basic data formats such as Excel, CSV, JSON, or JSONL.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin communication is preferred.
- Experience managing global contributors or language communities is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of SFT data, RLHF, LLM evaluation, speech data, OCR, or multimodal data is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI companies, data vendors, localization agencies, or Web3/DePIN communities.
- Familiarity with multilingual markets such as Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, or Europe.
- Ability to design data collection guidelines and QA frameworks.
- Experience working with remote international teams.
