Data Product Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a background in data engineering, primarily

responsible for promoting cloud-based data warehousing. This role will involve planning and

driving the adoption of the data platform and managing data pipeline projects through cross-functional collaboration, ensuring system stability, data quality control, scalability, and delivery

excellence.

Job Responsibilities

. Understand the requirements of business users and translate them into actionable tasks for data teams, priorities tasks, align timelines and manage expectations of stakeholders across different teams

. drive the development and adoption of an internal metrics platform that standardizes and centralizes core metrics

. Increase the adoption of group-wide metrics by enhancing visibility, improving documentation, and integrating them into internal dashboards and workflows.

. own the product strategy and roadmap for datamart construction-ensuring curated, high quality datasets are tailored to key business domains

. build seamless collaboration processes with data engineers, infra teams ,and cross-functional

stakeholders to deliver robust data product-based on the requirements

. ensure logic change requests are implemented in the data marts accurately and reflect up-to date business definitions

. Establish data quality monitoring mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Product Manager, with familiarity in data infrastructure

and cloud applications and some relevant experience with trading platforms (e.g., stocks / financial derivatives)

. Proficient in SQL and Python, with basic knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Flink, and Airflow
