About the Role
We are seeking a Data Warehouse Product Manager with deep expertise in big data and strong project management skills. You will oversee data analytics needs across multiple business modules (CRM, Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.), coordinating with data engineering, analytics, and backend teams to build and optimize a data warehouse and analytics system based on a MySQL Flink Doris architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of business processes and analytical goals, translating cross-functional reporting and analytics needs into clear data requirements.
- Plan and design data models and metric systems, ensuring consistency of metrics and maximizing data asset value.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data flow design and warehouse structure, improving data usability and performance.
- Lead the full lifecycle of data-related requirements from assessment and scheduling to delivery and acceptance ensuring progress and quality.
- Coordinate across departments (Tech, Analytics, and Business teams) to drive project alignment, monitor progress, and ensure issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in data warehouse development or data processing.
- Solid understanding of big data technologies such as Flink, Doris, Kafka, Spark, and Airflow.
- Proficient in data modeling, ETL processes, and metric management methodologies.
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills, capable of efficiently driving collaboration among multiple teams.
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with common BI tools such as Power BI and Superset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing enterprise-level data warehouse or data governance projects.
- Familiarity with data governance and quality management tools such as DataHub and Great Expectations.
- Experience in fintech, CRM, or transaction-based data products.
