Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service and cultivate trusted relationships with clients. Execute a variety of document imaging tasks with minimal supervision. Receive, sort, batch, and prepare hard copy documents for scanning. Remove bindings carefully, preserving the integrity of hard copy documents. Repair and prepare documents for auto-feed scanning as necessary. Operate and maintain high-speed production scanners to convert hard copy documents to digital format. Ensure all physical pages are scanned accurately, with clear and correctly oriented images. Capture data from scanned images with precision, adhering to performance metrics. Conduct quality checks on scanning, data entry, and final digital outputs perform rework as needed. Restore hard copy documents to their original state for archiving. Complete daily record-keeping and maintain accurate reporting information. Collaborate with the team to identify solutions for efficient service delivery in line with service level agreements (SLAs). Identify and implement process improvement opportunities. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Levels. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
