Data Privacy Manager - Tech

My client is a Tech Firm and we are recruiting for a Data Privacy Manager. The role is located in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

• Stay updated on global data laws and trends (especially in China, Europe, and North America) to ensure tech plans follow local rules

• Work with Product and IT teams to check that data security and compliance meet project and regional needs

• Organize regular training to raise employee awareness around data protection

• Handle audits and help with getting security and compliance certifications

• Review contracts to spot any privacy or data risks and ensure they meet company and legal standards

Key Requirements:

• Experienced with regional and global data privacy matters
• Experienced with PDPA/GDPR related matters
• Fluent in Conversational Mandarin
• Data Privacy certificatios (CIPP/E/CIPP/A) would be highly advantageous
