Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the central data support hub for APAC and local country teams, providing accurate and timely data support to business units and management.
- Collaborate with IT, BI, and other cross-functional teams to continuously optimize data infrastructure and data products (e.g., Power BI, Datawind, etc.).
- Maintain and enhance APAC-related business dashboards and reporting systems.
- Conduct business data analysis and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analysis and/or Business Intelligence (BI).
- Prior experience in the Internet or broader financial services industry is preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese and English to work with chinese speaking clients
- Rtrong cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong logical thinking, high data sensitivity, and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, and other relevant tools/languages.
