Job Description
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to support data migration initiatives
- Design and implement data migration and data conversion strategies
- Develop and execute SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Perform basic SAP debugging to support data-related issues
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with system capabilities
- Define target state processes and recommend improvements to business workflows
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in data migration activities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to key project decisions
- Identify risks and provide solutions to issues impacting data migration and integration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data migration or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL scripting
- Basic knowledge of SAP debugging
- Experience with business process analysis tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of Business Model Strategy, Business Process Design, and Requirements Analysis
