Data Manager (Governance and Administration)

Our client is looking for a Data Manager (Governance and Administration) to join their team.

Your new role

. Establish enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.

. Lead data stewardship, ownership, metadata, and catalog management.

. Ensure data security, privacy, and PDPA/GDPR compliance.

. Enable secure, reusable data sharing and adoption across departments.

. Manage data products and governed data assets throughout their lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 5+ years of data governance experience.

. Proven track record implementing data governance or master data management initiatives.

. Strong skills in data cataloguing, metadata management, data quality, and data modeling.

. Proficient in SQL, with solid understanding of relational, NoSQL, and modern data architectures.

. Knowledgeable in data integration, ETL/ELT patterns, data lineage, and data security controls.

. Strong analytical, documentation, planning, and problem‑solving abilities with ability to work independently.
