Private Bank, 12 Months Contract Responsibilities:
Manage Front Office's queries and support troubleshooting
Manage processing of e-banking applications / modifications / cancellations, mailing addresses and conditions changes for clients and agents accurately and timely
Handle returned mails for client portfolios
Manage ad-hoc clients statements and advices printing requests
Maintain client data in the bank systems and perform clean-up when required
Deliver consistent service and meet the established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while complying with the Bank's policies and procedures
Support any ad-hoc tasks / requests as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Degree with at least 3 years of account documentation requirement in Private Bank
Experience in mailing related data maintenance for Client and Agent (EAM, EFA, Finder) records is preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Macros and Visual Basic knowledge as well as an aptitude for technology
