Key Responsibilities

  • Business Problem Solving: Understand client challenges and translate them into clear problem statements and analytics solutions.
  • Data Management Solutions: Assist in developing and maintaining data management frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Analytics Development: Support data scoping, data cleansing, feature engineering, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of analytics solutions.
  • Design Collaboration: Participate in design discussions to help define data processes, architectures and requirements.
  • Project Support: Provide progress updates and work closely with project managers and technical leads to refine problem statements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross‑functional teams using both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree (or upcoming graduate) in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in data management, analytics, and problem‑solving.
  • Basic knowledge of data concepts such as data modelling, data cleansing, or analytics techniques (academic or project‑based experience is acceptable).
  • Familiarity with programming or analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R, or similar) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast‑paced setting.
