Job Description

On behalf of one of its clients, an Insights & Strategy Consultancy, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Data & Insights Manager - Financial Services.

Our client is a premium subscription-based insights and data platform, partnering with leading luxury brands across multiple luxury verticals. The platform enables financial services players to better understand affluent and High Net Worth (HNW) consumers, strengthen client acquisition and retention strategies, and grow market share in highly competitive environments.

This role combines strategic consulting, client advisory, and business development, helping financial services clients unlock growth opportunities through high-value consumer insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with Senior Directors to identify, scope, and structure consulting engagements, develop commercial proposals, and assess return on investment.

- Translate affluent and HNW consumer data into clear, insight-led strategic narratives that demonstrate measurable business impact for financial services clients.

- Play an active role in business development, upselling, and account expansion, contributing directly to revenue growth and repeat engagements.

- Present insights, strategic recommendations, and commercial implications to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and regional decision-makers.

- Act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert during client meetings, workshops, and industry events in Singapore and the wider APAC region.

- Deliver high-impact insights, strategic frameworks, and actionable roadmaps tailored to banking, insurance, and wealth management organizations.

- Lead client workshops and training sessions to embed insights across marketing, CRM, digital, and product teams.

- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of consulting engagements.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, driving adoption of recommendations and measurable post-engagement outcomes.

- Contribute to the development and growth of the subscription-based insights and data offering for financial services brands in Singapore and APAC.

- Meet or exceed individual revenue and upsell targets, supporting sustainable account growth.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, evidenced by strong post-engagement feedback and visible client action.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in consulting, insights, analytics, or solution engineering within financial services.
  • Strong consultative, storytelling, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue, upsell, or utilisation targets.
  • Experience leading client workshops and strategic sessions.
  • Confident public speaker with international client exposure.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA and APAC.
