About The Team
The CPO (Chief Product Officer) Office is to help drive the sustainability and reliability of its products and solutions. The team is responsible for various initiatives related to cost optimization and data governance across Shopee and Monee product lines.
Job Description
- Define business goals and framework on data governance controls, focusing on AI systems. Propose the optimal solutions considering the balance between risk and efficiency. Align with senior management.
- Lead projects and implement the solutions end to end. Define clear projects objective and scope, plan the project timeline and align with the main stakeholders. Be accountable for achieving the expected goals.
- Coordinate among various internal stakeholders, both during solution development phase and implementation phase. Teams include Cyber Security team, Compliance team, Operations team, Product & Engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above from reputable schools, engineering major preferred
- 5+ years of experience, experience in management consultant or technology would be a plus
- Proven ability to structure and solve complex problems, synthesize them into clear framework
- Collaborate across varied stakeholders and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Self-driven, positive attitude and team player striving for team success
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced environment
