Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and update records in Excel and internal systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper record maintenance
  • Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by management
  • Handle basic office administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1 year of administrative or data entry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Ablet o commence work within short notice will be an advantage
  • 5-day work week
