We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics & Dashboard Developer to design intuitive dashboards, enhance data workflows, and support analytics scaling initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and efficient BI solutions.

Job Description

Develop dashboards and analytical workflows using Tableau/QuickSight.

Gather and translate business requirements into BI solutions.

Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources.

Optimise dashboard performance and provide ongoing enhancements.

Support data validation, migration, and future scaling initiatives.

Customise scripts, dashboards, and workflows for different organizational needs.

Guide users on data taxonomy, naming conventions, and metadata standards.

Present insights clearly and support user adoption through training and documentation.

Job Requirements

Strong experience in business intelligence, dashboard development, and data visualization.

Proficiency in Tableau, AWS QuickSight, and ETL/data pipeline design.

Experience with AWS analytics services (SageMaker, Athena, Lambda) and Python SDK/CLI.

Strong SQL skills and expertise in data cleaning, transformation, and validation.

Knowledge of data governance, taxonomy, and data modelling principles.

Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work with non-technical users.

Understanding of HR processes is an advantage.
