Job Description:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from semiconductor manufacturing systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Use statistical and data mining methods to identify trends, patterns, and issues affecting production performance.
- Analyze differences between planned and actual outcomes, determine root causes, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Develop reports and dashboards to clearly present insights to clients and internal teams.
- Continuously enhance reporting tools to deliver real-time, actionable information.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Work closely with simulation teams to ensure data reliability and accuracy in models.
- Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve production efficiency.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional teams to align data insights with client and product goals.
- Support ongoing improvements in analytics and data-related product features.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Semiconductor industry experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client projects.
