  • Support reporting and business intelligence initiatives across the organisation

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve data architecture, processing efficiency, and workflow automation
  • Contribute to best practices around data governance, documentation, and engineering standards
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering, analytics, and AI

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in data platforms, data analytics, or related projects
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer with hands-on involvement in enterprise data architecture, including batch and real-time processing
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, SAS, or R
  • Experience developing and managing SSIS packages and pipelines
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions
  • Experience with at least one major data processing tool such as Informatica, Kettle, Talend, Airflow, or Dolphin
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Purview, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and modern data storage technologies including Vector and Graph databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large and complex datasets
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reliability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI technology stacks or AI-enabled data platforms
  • Familiarity with BI and visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Prior experience within relevant industry sectors is advantageous

Why this role is exciting

You will:

  • Work on enterprise data and analytics projects with real business impact
