- You'll work in a data center, mainly handling storage drives (HDDs/SSDs).
- The focus is on the Proto One Storage Drive Consolidation program: moving drives from donor servers to recipient servers to optimize storage use.
- You'll follow strict procedures and work under supervision
Key Tasks:
- Sanitizing or securely destroying storage drives.
- Fixing or replacing faulty drives (media break/fix).
- Working in a ticket-based system (tasks assigned via tickets).
- Learning how the data center works and interacting with internal support teams and customers.
Skills / Background Needed:
- Min Diploma or technical qualification in IT, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or similar.
