Data Centre Network Specialist (Rotating Shifts)

Note: Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends and shifts as and when required

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and managing core networking technologies, including routing, switching, business-to-business connectivity, and emerging solutions such as Software Defined Networking (SDN) not limited to SD-WAN, and network virtualization.
• Ensuring all work complies with bank standards, policies, templates, and incident procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement:

• Experience with Network technologies such as: Routing, Switching - LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, Multicast, IPv4/v6, MPLS.
• Network Virtualization/ automation: Cisco ACI, Arista fabric Network (including cloud vision and VXLAN encapsulations), Cisco DNAC/Catalyst center, PRISMA, Palo Alto Cloud Genix.
• WiFi Technologies - Aruba/CISCO wireless Controllers, Access Points, Management Platforms.
• VPN tunnel protocols - SSL/TLS, GRE, L2TP, ESP, KEv2 IPSEC
• Experience with troubleshooting complex networking problems.
• Experienced in both proactive and reactive use of advanced network monitoring tools, including but not limited to: Netscout, Wireshark, Splunk, SevOne, HPNA, IBM Watson.
• Skilled at aligning actions with business impact and service restoration priorities
