Note: Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends and shifts as and when required
Responsibilities:
Supporting and managing core networking technologies, including routing, switching, business-to-business connectivity, and emerging solutions such as Software Defined Networking (SDN) not limited to SD-WAN, and network virtualization.
Ensuring all work complies with bank standards, policies, templates, and incident procedures.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirement:
Experience with Network technologies such as: Routing, Switching - LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, Multicast, IPv4/v6, MPLS.
Experience with troubleshooting complex networking problems.
Experienced in both proactive and reactive use of advanced network monitoring tools, including but not limited to: Netscout, Wireshark, Splunk, SevOne, HPNA, IBM Watson.
Skilled at aligning actions with business impact and service restoration priorities
