Data Centre Capacity & Planning Engineer

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 5-10+ years of experience in data center engineering, capacity planning, or infrastructure management.
• Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers preferred.
• Proven experience in capacity modeling and forecasting.

Strong knowledge of:

Data center power and cooling systems (UPS, HVAC, CRAC/CRAH)

Rack capacity planning and space optimization

Network and compute infrastructure basics

Familiarity with DCIM tools and monitoring systems.

Understanding of redundancy standards (e.g., N, N+1, 2N)
