Are you passionate about technology and experienced in supporting IT infrastructure We are looking for a Data Centre Technician to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of mission-critical systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the deployment and maintenance of on-site data centre hardware and cabling infrastructure
- Perform installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of physical IT components (e.g. cables, servers, hard drives)
- Handle inventory and asset tracking, including receiving/shipping and equipment movement using lifting tools
- Work within a ticketing system to manage and resolve IT support tasks effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in handling any technical equipment within the data centre
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and network components
- Physical ability to perform hands-on tasks including lifting and working at heights
- Highly advantages if you have certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+ or Basic Structured Cabling (BSC)
