About the Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Data Center Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical projects in Singapore.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings hands-on experience managing data center infrastructure deployments from initial planning through to final client handover.
Key Responsibilities
- As a key project lead, you will take full ownership of project execution and delivery:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure projects
- Engage clients early to define project scope, requirements, and technical solutions
- Plan and coordinate logistics, including shipping, material readiness, and site preparation
- Oversee on-site implementation, including:
- Rack installation
- rPDU deployment
- Hot and cold aisle containment systems
- Cable tray and structured cabling works
- Cage installation
- Access control systems and CCTV
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and data center operators
- Provide regular progress updates and maintain clear stakeholder communication
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and risk factors to ensure smooth execution
- Lead testing, commissioning, and final acceptance and handover processes
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience delivering data center infrastructure or fit-out projects
- Strong technical knowledge of racks, rPDUs, containment systems, and cable management infrastructure
- Ability to independently manage projects with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to project execution and quality assurance
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
- PMP certification is highly preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is mandatory
