Data Center Engineer

Job Description:

• Manage daily Data Center operations, including providing 24/7 on-call emergency support
• Ensure proper maintenance of MEP infrastructure and liaise with vendors or managing agents as required
• Develop and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for MEP systems
• Plan and coordinate annual shutdown activities
• Conduct and support audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements
• Compile and review monthly reports such as energy and asset reports
• Oversee contractors and ensure smooth execution of projects
• Address and respond to client enquiries and service requests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years data center facilities experience.
• Operational experience with critical facility equipment/ system that includes but not limited to transformers, generators, DRUPS, UPS, PDU, Chiller System, ,CRAH and Fire System.
• Work independently with minimum of supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; must communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain all facility related documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
