Role & Responsibilities
- Design civil, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure layouts for Tier III/IV data centers — including raised floors, power distribution, cooling systems (CHILLER, CRAH, in-row), and fire suppression
- Produce detailed 2D/3D BIM models and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools to support construction and commissioning phases
- Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, and structural engineers to optimize PUE, WUE, and redundancy across modular and containerized deployment models
- Conduct thermal simulations and load analyses to validate airflow management, hot/cold aisle containment, and rack-level cooling efficiency
- Ensure designs comply with Singapore BCA Green Mark, Uptime Institute Tier, NFPA 75, and local fire & safety regulations
- Review vendor submittals and site installations to resolve constructability issues and ensure design intent is maintained through handover
