Job Description:

- Data automation pioneer. Automate data-intensive processes and migrate manual Excel workflows into modern structures using Python and SQL

- Project governance / management. Leverage tools to manage project backlogs, document technical requirements, and track automation milestones

- Develop coding solutions (including GUI interfaces and SQL databases) to streamline specific tasks for both operations and trading

- Manage the upload of important datasets to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and refine workflows using BigQuery and Looker Studio

- Assume full ownership of all IT infrastructure, including hardware lifecycle, office technology, and network administration

- Act as the primary liaison for external IT vendors, providing clear instructions and direction for network, phone, and security support

- Perform L1/L2 support, hands-on troubleshooting and device setups when necessary

- Support daily operations and BAU tasks, including daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations with Prime Brokers

- Assist with NAV calculation validation, P&L reconciliation, and variance analysis

- Lifecycle Events. Support corporate actions processing, income collection, and FX hedging reconciliation

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in data management or investment fund buy-side systems support.

- High proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and automation is mandatory.

- Strong MS Excel proficiency in advanced formulas, VBA, and Power Query.

- Proven Project Management experience using tools to manage and document technical projects.

- Proven ability and willingness to handle both hardware or network scopes and software development tasks.

- Preferably Cloud & BI - familiarity with GCP, BigQuery, and Looker Studio (or equivalent BI tools).
