Data Annotator (Japanese/Mandarin)

Hours requirement : 24 hours per week

Job Summary:

Responsible for evaluating chat messages and their predicted intents to determine whether the intent classification is accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review chat utterances alongside their predicted intent labels.
• Analyze whether the predicted intent correctly represents the user's message.
• Classify the prediction as accurate or inaccurate based on established guidelines.
• Identify patterns of misclassification and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of review outcomes and decisions.
• Follow annotation or evaluation guidelines provided by the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of language context and user intent.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to follow classification guidelines consistently.
• Basic familiarity with conversational AI or NLP concepts is a plus.
