Responsibilities:
- Manage and track data labeling projects, deeply understand data collection and labeling requirements, and drive efficient project execution.
- Independently oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle - align standards, draft labeling SOPs, conduct training and Q&A sessions, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Be familiar with common labeling tasks such as semantic segmentation, bounding box annotation, and 3D point cloud labeling.
- Proactively identify risks and monitor project progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of project management experience. Majors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or Big Data are preferred.
- Strong understanding of common algorithm models and their data requirements prior experience managing data collection or labeling projects in robotics or large model (foundation model) domains is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and comprehensive project management skills.
