Data Annotation & Operations Support
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on the most fundamental aspect of building great AI: creating high-quality data.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Annotation (Primary Duty): Accurately review and label various types of content according to project guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct systematic checks to ensure all annotated data meets high standards of precision and consistency.
- Dataset Management: Assist with organizing and structuring datasets for AI model training.
- Process Feedback: Share insights to improve annotation tools, workflows, and labelling guidelines.
- Operational Assistance: Support engineers in finetuning AI models (e.g., running scripts, logging results).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong command of English with excellent grammar and language nuance.
- Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is the single most important quality for this role.
- Ability to maintain focus and consistency when performing repetitive tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Word and basic Python applications.
- Tech-savvy, fast learner of digital tools and platforms.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks.
- Available to start immediately.
Preferred/Bonus Skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Prior experience in data labelling, content review, or quality assurance.
- Interest in AI, data, or trading industries.
