Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering and design teams to analyze user click, browsing and conversion behavior via event tracking data, deliver actionable insights to drive product optimization and iteration.
• Support major product revamp projects under mentor supervision, conduct end-to-end data tracking and post-launch performance evaluation, and compile structured data analysis reports.
• Assist the team with other ad-hoc data support and analytical tasks as required.

Requirements

• Current third-year undergraduate student or postgraduate student; STEM majors including Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance and Engineering are preferred.
• Available to work no less than 4 days per week with a continuous internship commitment of 6 months or longer.
• Responsible, detail-focused and pragmatic; solid communication and comprehension skills, proactive to learn new analytical tools and methodologies.
• Adapt to remote teamwork; strong self-motivation and time management skills.
• Proficiency in SQL is a significant plus.
