Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive health services research and analytics that will shape healthcare delivery and policy. This role requires expertise in data science, research management, and stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage research teams, working with clinicians to deliver impactful studies.
- Design, implement, and evaluate research projects aligned with national healthcare priorities.
- Collaborate with healthcare institutions, academic partners, and government agencies.
- Identify and secure research grants, including competitive healthcare and AI funding.
- Mentor junior researchers and build research capacity within the department.
- Translate research outcomes into practical insights for healthcare policy and operations.
Requirements
- Master's Degree (or higher) in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- At least 10 years of research/analytics experience, with 4+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in clinical/health services research and project management.
- Experience in securing research grants (healthcare/AI focus preferred).
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations in Singapore is advantageous.
- Familiarity with data analytics and AI applications in healthcare.
