Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights, reports, and dashboards that drive operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management and stakeholders

• Support business teams with ad-hoc data analysis and performance tracking

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight risks or opportunities

• Assist in automating reporting processes and improving data workflows

• Ensure data governance, integrity, and confidentiality standards are maintained

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome)

• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

• Experience with SQL and databases

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)

• Basic knowledge of Python or R is an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
