Data Analyst

We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded analytics professional to partner closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Business, Engineering, Design, and Data Science.

In this role, you will leverage data to drive strategic decision-making, uncover business opportunities, evaluate new product ideas, and deliver actionable insights that improve business performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into data-driven solutions and recommendations.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis across products and operations to identify trends, define key metrics, and drive continuous improvements.
• Analyze business scenarios and identify opportunities for new products, features, or process enhancements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Consolidate and transform data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical models to solve business challenges.
• Design and execute A/B tests, experimentation frameworks, and causal inference studies to evaluate business impact and support product decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics, data science, or other quantitative roles within consumer-facing industries such as eCommerce, marketplace platforms, retail, or digital businesses.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets, ETL processes, and statistical analysis.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior business leaders.
