Data Analyst (SQL / Talend / BI)

We're partnering with a leading enterprise technology environment supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across Singapore. This is an opportunity to work on complex hybrid IT systems with strong governance, structured processes, and exposure to enterprise-grade operations.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support data analytics, reporting, and operational insights initiatives across enterprise environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to support end-to-end data workflows, dashboard reporting, and analytics solutions that drive business and operational decision-making.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with data, solving business problems, improving reporting processes, and supporting analytics transformation initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support data extraction, transformation, and analysis activities across multiple data sources

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational and business reporting requirements

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytics solutions

• Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy improvements

• Assist with reporting automation and analytics workflow improvements

• Support project teams with analytics insights, reporting deliverables, and status updates

• Collaborate with technical and business teams on data-related initiatives and operational improvements

• Support ETL workflows, data integration, and enterprise reporting processes using Talend and related technologies

• Ensure adherence to data governance, reporting standards, and operational processes

Requirements:

• Experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or related functions

• Hands-on experience with SQL for querying, analysis, and reporting

• Experience with dashboarding/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar

• Exposure to Python/R or scripting languages for reporting and analytics automation is advantageous

• Preferably with hands-on experience in Talend, including ETL development, data integration, data transformation, and enterprise reporting workflows

• Good stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in enterprise or operational reporting environments

• Experience supporting ETL workflows, data pipelines, or reporting automation initiatives is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to cloud/data platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Cloudera, or similar

• Experience in banking, public sector, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, or enterprise operational environments

• Familiarity with Agile/JIRA environments
