Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the development of dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for Medical Analytics initiatives.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, clinicians, and technical teams to translate data into meaningful visualisations and self-service analytics solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in dashboard development, reporting, and data storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Analyse healthcare and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive visualisations and reporting solutions.
- Support the implementation of self-service analytics capabilities for end users.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to define reporting metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations to support business and clinical initiatives.
- Document reporting logic, data definitions, and dashboard usage guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
- Strong experience in building dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analysing structured datasets.
- Experience translating business requirements into data visualisations and actionable insights.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare, medical, or clinical datasets.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis using Python or R.
- Experience supporting self-service analytics platforms.
