Our Client is looking for a Data Analyst who is able to handle the following:

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand analytics needs and deliver relevant insights
• Collect, organize, and maintain data from primary and secondary sources while ensuring quality and accuracy
• Clean, prepare, and validate data sets for reliable analysis and reporting
• Build dashboards, charts, and reports that simplify and visualise data findings for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven insights with organisational goals
• Develop and automate processes for data collection, integration, and reporting to improve efficiency
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for data handling and analysis

YOU NEED TO POSSESS

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Psychology, Human Resources, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
• One or more years of professional experience as a data analyst or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong foundation in statistics and hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R, or Python
• Proven ability to analyse, structure, and present large data sets with clarity
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or data visualizations for decision-making
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex findings for non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience in a well-being-related field will be an advantage.

WORKING DATES/HOURS

. Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.45pm

. Fridays: 8.30am to 5.15pm (with 45 mins - 1 hourlunch breaks)

. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, andgazetted public holidays
