Data Analyst (1-Year Contract)

Our client is looking for a Data Analystto support key programme initiatives within a dynamic digital environment. This is a 1-year contract role based in Singapore (Hybrid work arrangement).

Overview

As part of the cybersecurity programme team, you will support end-to-end programme management activities, ensuring performance benchmarks and deliverables are tracked effectively across multiple workstreams.

You will act as a key liaison point between agencies, CISOs, and stakeholders, while leveraging data analytics to provide meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Management

• Support execution of programme workstreams and initiatives

• Serve as the main point of contact for agencies, CISOs, and key stakeholders

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and progress tracking

Data-Driven Reporting & Strategic Insights

• Track KPIs and performance benchmarks across workstreams

• Analyse programme data to generate clear reports and dashboards

• Develop visual insights using tools such as Tableau and Excel

• Provide data-backed recommendations to workstream leads for strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field

• 3-5 years of proven experience in programme management

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels

• Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights

• High proficiency in Tableau and MS Excel

• Experience in Python (preferred)

• Professional certification in Data Analytics is advantageous
