Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python programming and Qlik Sense to analyze, visualize, and interpret data, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources using Python.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Qlik Sense to track business performance.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data integrity across datasets.
- Generate reports and insights to support business stakeholders in decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes using Python scripts.
- Monitor key metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense for dashboard creation and data visualization
- SQL knowledge for querying databases and extracting data
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting business data, generating actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills to present findings to stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with data automation and scripting
- Basic knowledge of statistics and predictive analytics
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodology
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
